Madison Petermann is a nationally certified counselor. She earned her master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from Duquesne University and her bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Tennessee.

Madison is well-equipped from a range of experiences in the mental health field — from residential behavioral health, community support teams for in-patient facilities, and providing counseling in a college setting.

Bringing a holistic and humanistic approach to her counseling, Madison sees individuals as a whole, and values their uniqueness. She believes in collaborating with clients as they process emotions, accomplish goals, and discover deeper meanings.

Madison is trained in EMDR, a structured therapy method proven to help people recover from trauma and PTSD symptoms. Madison works with a wide range of clients, including adolescents and adults, experiencing a range of life stressors, including: life transitions, anxiety, depression, ADHD, ASD, and trauma.

Madison is determined to provide her clients safe, supportive, and a non-judgmental space. Her top priority is to meet clients where they are at in their journey and walk beside them as they move towards their goals. Her hobbies include traveling, crocheting, and learning new activities (currently rock climbing).
