Meet Maddi Sieg (she/her)
Intern

Maddi Sieg is completing a major in psychology and a minor in criminal justice at Robert Morris University. She plans to pursue a Master's in Organizational Leadership from RMU. Maddi has a strong passion for learning and leadership - and desires to gain as much knowledge as possible about psychology to build successful and motivated groups.

She is also a member of the sorority Zeta Tau Alpha. Maddi played a vital role in the retention of members by leading discussions on mental health and the best ways to support each other. Her sorority's philanthropy is breast cancer education; she is passionate about raising awareness and helping those affected.

As part of her role at Calm, she assists with the daily operations of the office and collaborates with events coordinators to plan various functions. Her responsibilities include managing projects to improve workplace communication, such as developing an office handbook, creating a daily tasks checklist, and implementing a library check-out system.
