Cheyenne Holyfield-Naglich has a history of working with individuals impacted by the Children, Youth & Families (CYF) system, including substance abuse counseling and case management for individuals. She also works with a wide range of college students, new mothers, and individuals experiencing hardships related to life transitions.
In her practice, Cheyenne uses an empathetic approach that acknowledges the challenges and struggles of the individual without dismissing the system they live in. She uses a motivational approach to build rapport and highlight each individual's unique strengths. Goal setting and building boundaries are often highlighted to assist her clients with finding balance and self-care. In addition, she strives to create a safe, judgment-free environment and is an active ally of BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and non-traditional relationship dynamics, such as ENM.
Outside of therapy, Cheyenne comes from a large blended family of 11. She enjoys cooking, anime, tattoos, self-expression, reading, and, of course, all things Harry Potter.
“As intimidating as it can be to self-reflect and prioritize yourself, I am here to help you along the way. Let’s do the work together- I am here to listen, advocate and support you as best as I can.”
